Lovic Solutions Inc. provides the Services through the Gadamoney platform, which you may use to create and manage a Gadamoney account.

By opening, registering, or using a Gadamoney account, or by otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and consent to receive communications related to the Services or your account in electronic format. Please read the terms below carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, joining a group, or using Gada in any way, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Gada. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into contracts.

3. Your Account

  • You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete information.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Platform Use

Gada allows users to:

  • Create or join group savings circles.
  • Access and participate in bulk buying deals.
  • Engage in peer-to-peer financing through rotating savings.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to fraud, impersonation, or abuse of trust within a group.

5. Financial Contributions & Withdrawals

Gada provides tools to facilitate group contributions and withdrawals. However, Gada is not a financial institution and does not directly hold or guarantee funds. All financial transactions are subject to group rules and third-party payment processors.

6. Bulk Deals

Gada connects users to vendors offering wholesale discounts. While we verify vendor details, Gada is not responsible for product delivery, quality, or disputes unless explicitly stated.

7. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Gada if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, harmful, or abusive behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gada is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or the success of group goals. Gada is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as our platform evolves. We'll notify you of major changes via email or in-app notices. Your continued use of Gada confirms your acceptance of any updated terms.
